Every day I have decided to take a little walk around our neighborhood. We live in a little mountain town called Trecastagni. Each little city up here has a town square, and we live within walking distance from ours. Its very convenient, there is a little market, a cafe, a rotisserie chicken restaurant, a bakery, a pharmacy, a church, and some other little businesses. Here are a few pics I snapped from todays walk.

Paleo stuffed Portabella-shrooms. YUM! |
Everything was closed during the time I took my walk. From 12-430 or 5 all businesses close and everyone goes home to take a nap and eat a huge lunch before they reopen again for the evening. Sometimes this is quite frustrating, but we have gotten used to it. For dinner tonight I made another new Paleo recipe. I adapted it from a recipe by Emeril. Portabella mushrooms stuffed with spicy Italian sausage (with bell peppers). Instead of regular breadcrumbs I incorporated Paleo breadcrumbs ( Almond meal, flax-seed, pepper, garlic powder). Turned out really delicious. On DH's I put a little bit of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Paired with a side of fresh tomatoes. There you have it! Thats it for now, thanks for stopping by! (Let me know if you would like the full recipe with details and I will gladly send to you!)
So gorgeous! I would love for a walk around town to look like that, haha!
