Agrigento

Here are pictures from when my brother was here and we took him to Agrigento, also known as 'the valley of the temples'.  It is about a 2 hour drive from us, but it is worth it.  Here you can find the ruins from temples that the ancient people built here thousands of years ago.  It is pretty surreal being around these great architectural monuments, as they are not replicas but the real deal.  You can't help but think back to those many years ago to what it would be like...walking around and about the grounds I picture the ancients walking in togas and drinking wine and eating olives...like something I would see in the movies or something.  pretty surreal.
PS I know its been a couple weeks since I did a serenade post or a Tunes hump, that is going to resume this week as I am back to regular schedule and Zoe is back to herself!!
