These are the last days her little feet will pitter-patter around the Sicilian earth.
The house we brought her home to from the hospital almost 2 years ago will be thousands of miles away...never to be revisited, except through stories and pictures.
Someday maybe when she is grown she will travel the world and revisit this foreign place to where she entered the earth.
I told myself I wasn't going to be emotional...but how can I not?
